In the middle of the International Festival &#8220;Inkult\u016bracija&#8221;, the audience had a special opportunity to listen to a conversation between Dr. Teodoras \u017dukas and the writer, poet, translator of Thomas Mann&#8217;s works Antanas Gailius, &#8220;Why Thomas Mann?&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>During the conversation, Dr. Teodoras \u017dukas, Director of the European Right Institute, interviewed Antanas Gailius about the translations of Thomas Mann&#8217;s books, the challenges he has experienced, the planned translations of his works, and the importance of Thomas Mann in the context of Lithuanian literature.
