Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). If you need to arrive or depart at a different time, please arrange this with a Centre staff member in advance.

On the day of arrival, you will receive an SMS message with a unique door code to the phone number provided. You will find a magnetic key card (fob) in your room next to the computer. Please leave the fob in the room upon departure.

The Centre has 9 rooms across two houses. Prices vary by season – you can find the full price list here: https://tvrc.lt/ikainiai/

• Summer season – 22 June to 25 August.
• Warm season – 1 May to 31 October, as well as Christmas, New Year’s, February 16th, March 11th, and Easter.
• Cold season – 1 November to 30 April.

During the warm season, a minimum stay of 6 nights applies. Payment for the reservation is also required in advance.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only, no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Cash and card payments are not accepted. If payment is not received on time, the reservation may be cancelled.

Reservations may be cancelled, however payments are non-refundable. Where possible, the residency dates may be moved to another available period for the same amount already paid, within the same calendar year.

Yes, pets are welcome in most rooms. The exception is the rooms “Pervalka” and “Preila” on the ground floor of the German-style house, where pets are not permitted. A one-time fee of €20 applies per pet for the entire stay. Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive with a pet.

Yes. A fold-out extra bed can be set up in all rooms except “Parnidis”. The fee is €15 per night per additional person. Children under 5 years of age (pre-school age) stay free of charge.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas. Each room and the common area are also equipped with a computer, and a printer is available for use.

Yes, there is a parking space in the inner courtyard. One parking space is allocated per room.

In the Fisher’s House, there is a shared kitchen for all rooms. The standard rooms in the German-style house share a common kitchen. The “Baltija” and “Nerija” apartments have their own separate kitchen with all necessary equipment. All standard rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and kettle.

Yes. A 40% discount is available for creative residencies that meet the TVRC criteria (a minimum of 10 calendar days). Applications should be submitted to info@tvrc.lt. Scholarship programmes receive a discount of up to 70%. Individual creative residencies are organised during the Warm and Cold seasons.
