To strengthen and expand the international cooperation, the Kitchen of Literary Translations project is implemented in the form of creative workshops at the International Centre for Translators and Writers, which is a division of the KLCPL based in Nida. The project activities will involve the collaboration between experienced and novice translators. The translated works of the Lithuanian poets known as “žemininkai”, who have left a particularly strong imprint in Lithuanian literature, will reach the lovers of poetry in Poland, and the translations of contemporary Polish poetry will be presented to the Lithuanian audience.
